M.Phil. (Foreign Residential)

M.Phil in ARABIC/ FRENCH/ GERMAN/ RUSSIAN

This is a course that imparts basic research skills. You will be required to write/present research papers and submit a dissertation under the guidance of a supervisor or supervisors. You will be required to have a good command of the language, especially in reading and writing.

Who is eligible?
A person with any one of the following qualifications can apply for an M. Phil:

• MA in the language concerned (MOL for Arabic) with a high Second Class (55%) or an overall Grade B average.
• MA in the language concerned (MOL for Arabic) with Grade C average and a PGCT/PGDT with at least an overall Grade C.
